Returns & Refunds

At ModoPaws, we want both you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your items.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Stripe) within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, ModoPaws will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@modopaws.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue for you right away.
